AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI REGOLAMENTO DI GARA
1)E’ vietato,pena l’immediata squalifica,oltrepassare la linea di mezzaria della stra-
da ricucendo l’ufficiale e regolare misura del tracciato di gara.
2)E’ vietato,pena l’immediata squalifica,oltrepassare la linea di mezzaria della strada per evitare di scontrarsi con atleti e veicoli di servizio provenienti in senso contrario.
3)L’atleta che non risulterà transitato da uno o più rilevamenti verrà automaticamente squalificato.Al termne del 1° giro gli atleti della maratonina dovranno proseguire diritti senza abbandonare la corsia del Lungo Lago.
4)Al termine del 1°giro(10,540 promozionale) e del 2°giro(maratonina) gli atleti dovranno imboccare a destra P.zza Cermenati abbandonando la corsia del lungo Lago.
5)In corrispondenza dei ristori sul tracciato(Sali e acqua)gli atleti dovranno servirsi autonomamente.
6)Le t-shirt tecniche verranno consegnate(vedi regolamento) ai soli iscritti entro il 15 Gennaio 2014.
7)Tutti gli iscritti avranno diritto al pacco-gara/party
8)Si invitano gli atleti ad utilizzare le docce non appena terminata la propria gara in modo di snellire tale operazione evitando fastidiose attese.
9)Si invitano gli atleti premiati a presenziare sul podio in tuta sportiva.

IRON TOUR TRIATHLON & SWIM has just opened the registration to the race which will be held on the ELBA ISLAND from June 3rd to June 8th 2014. It is the only Triathlon and Open Water-Swimming stage race in Italy and one of the few in the world.
The event centre is, once again, the amazing CAPOLIVERI which will host athletes and carers in different resorts with discounted prices and viewing over three of the most fabulous bays in the Tuscan Archipelago. TRIATHLON,AQUATHLON and OPEN WATER SWIMMING represent the menu of this fantastic adventure, a funny mixture of agonism, holiday and so much fun not only for athletes but exceedingly for carers who can enjoy the sporting spectacle lying in the sun on white sand beaches or swimming in the crystal clear waters. For everybody also a lot of free time, even a cultural holiday thanks to this Island, rich in nature, history, architecture and typical products that can be discovered at this bicentenary of NAPOLEON 2014.
Two Tours with independent but simultaneous holding of dates and locations, each athlete will be able to join a single TOUR, or both to a single or several stages ,at all or only one step, as he likes; there will be three daily charts and three final rankings (triathlon /open waters swimming / triathlon + open waters -swimming ).

Sono aperte le iscrizioni di IRON TOUR TRIATHLON & SWIM che si svolgerà all’ ISOLA D’ELBA dal 3 al 8 Giugno 2014 rappresentando ancora una volta l’unica gara a tappe di triathlon e nuoto in acque libere in Italia e una delle rare al mondo.
Centro dell’evento sarà come sempre la stupenda CAPOLIVERI che ospiterà atleti ed accompagnatori in polivalenti strutture ricettive a prezzi convenzionati ed ubicate in affaccio su tre delle più fiabesche baie dell’intero Arcipelago Toscano.
TRIATHLON,AQUATHLON E NUOTO IN ACQUE LIBERE rappresentano il menù di questa fantastica avventura,un’esilarante mix di agonismo,vacanza e tanto divertimento non solo per gli atleti ma oltremodo per gli accompagnatori che potranno godersi lo spettacolo sportivo sdraiati al sole su bianchissime spiagge o nuotando in acque cristalline,per tutti comunque tantissimo tempo a disposizione per una vacanza anche culturale grazie ad un’ ISOLA D’ELBA ricca di natura,storia,architettura e prodotti tipici da scoprire anche in occasione di questo BICENTENARIO DI NAPOLEONE 2014.

We underline that POWERDUATHLON LONG,1st step of the Fitri National NO DRAFT Circuit will be in distances of Km(10 Run+60 Bike+12 Run) on amazing race courses in the green territory of Brianza .The multilap race will be more spectacular , it could be completely follone by pubblic and media; the elevation profile is not very hard and this lets the race opened to any athlete..
On the same day there will be the POWERDUATHLON SPRINT km (5 Run +20 Bike + 2.5 Run), valid for the acquisition of national rank score

Il magnifico Triathlon IDROMAN in programma il giorno 22 Giugno 2014 si svolgerà su distanzeOLIMPICO e SPRINT mentre la distanza MEDIO K113 verrà riproposta la prossima stagione 2015 causa l’inserimento da parte di Fitri dei Campionati Italiani nella medesima data e sulla stessa distanza.
Il Comitato Organizzatore,amareggiato per tale sovrapposizione che da regolamento ne impedisce lo svolgimento,si scusa con gli atleti già iscritti alla distanza K113 che potranno comunque spostare la quota già versata all’edizione 2015,chiederne il rimborso o la differenza per partecipare a IDROMAN OLIMPIC DISTANCE che rappresenterà uno dei più affascinanti quanto temuti triathlon d’Europa.

The magnificent IDROMAN Triathlon scheduled on June 22, 2014 will be held on distanze OLIMPIC and SPRINT while the distance MIDDLE K113 will be repeated the next 2015 season due to the insertion by Fitri Italian Championships on the same date and the same distance.
The Organizing Committee, saddened by this overlap by regulation that prevents them from carrying out, apologized to the athletes already enrolled in the distance K113 which can still move the amount paid edition 2015 claim a refund for the difference, or participate in IDROMAN OLIMPIC DISTANCE that will represent one of the most fascinating and feared triathlon in Europe.
